Cost and deposit:

A refundable deposit of $50 will be needed

Week 1 (at GBCC) is $375 for those who are working and $275 for students (enrolled in a university or college for Sept. 2026).

Week 2 (Algonquin Park) costs $475 CDN per person.

Both weeks are $825 for those who are working and $725 for students.

Full payment is taken on arrival. We accept $CDN cheques, cash and Interac e-transfers. We can also take money orders. Unfortunately, we don’t have the means to accept credit or debit cards.

Information

Dates for 2026:
Both Weeks: Wednesday August 19 to Friday August 28.
Week One: Wednesday August 19 to Saturday August 22.
Week Two: Saturday August 22 to Friday August 28.

Capacity: We have considerable but finite space for the first part of the conference at GBCC, however we are more limited as to the number of people we can take on our canoe trip. If you are coming from out of country/province we will make every effort to ensure you have a spot on the trip or to let you know as soon as possible if it is full.

After July 1, consideration for a spot on the canoe trip will be given to registrants who only plan to attend Week Two, if space is still available.
