Cost and deposit:

A refundable deposit of $50 will be needed

Week 1 (at GBCC) is TBD for those who are working and TBD for students (enrolled in a university or college for Sept. 2027).

Week 2 (Algonquin Park) costs TBD CDN per person.

Both weeks are TBD for those who are working and TBD for students.

Full payment is taken on arrival. We accept $CDN cheques, cash and Interac e-transfers. We can also take money orders. Unfortunately, we don’t have the means to accept credit or debit cards.

Information

Dates for 2027:
Both Weeks: Tuesday August 17 to Friday August 27.
Week One: Tuesday August 17 to Saturday August 21.
Week Two: Saturday August 21 to Friday August 27.

Capacity: We have considerable but finite space for the first part of the conference at GBCC, however we are more limited as to the number of people we can take on our canoe trip. If you are coming from out of country/province we will make every effort to ensure you have a spot on the trip or to let you know as soon as possible if it is full.

After July 1, consideration for a spot on the canoe trip will be given to registrants who only plan to attend Week Two, if space is still available.
