You must be a minimum of 18 years old to attend. 

Cost: Week 1 is $50. Week 2 costs $475 CDN per person. Both are weeks are $500
Full payment is taken on arrival. We accept $CDN cheques, cash and Interac e-transfers. We can also take money orders. Unfortunately, we don’t have the means to accept credit or debit cards.

Information

Dates for 2025:
Both Weeks: Wednesday August 13 to Friday August 22.
Week One: Wednesday August 13 to Friday August 15.
Week Two: Saturday August 16 to Friday August 22.


Capacity:  We have considerable space for the first part of the conference at Heidelberg Bible Fellowship, however we are limited as to the number of people we can take on our canoe trip. If you are coming from out of country/province we will make every effort to ensure you have a spot on the trip or to let you know as soon as possible if it is full.


After June 1, consideration will be given to registrants who only plan to attend Week Two for a spot on the canoe trip, if space is available.
